How it works
An attendance system is designed to compile, report, and retrieve attendance data for payroll purposes. The data is collected by using a Terrestrial Time clock, Ethernet or other compatible data collection device deployed at the workstation.The raw transaction records may contain employees’ names and identity numbers along with the time and date stamps and stores this data in its memory. The data is then stored in a time transaction database file. The data transaction records, including employee, department, and work order database files is maintained by TAW32. When the database is displayed on the screen, the attendance system also allows the operator to manually correct or change the information.
